Texas Republicans are proposing a border security plan to be discussed after the GOP takes charge of the U-S House next year. Congressman Jodey Arrington of West Texas says the plan includes finishing the border wall that was started during the Trump administration. It also includes reinstatement of the Remain in Mexico protocol, which would keep asylum-seekers south of the border until their court hearings. The Republicans also want drug cartels to be designated as terrorist organizations.
