UTSA plans to celebrate its C-USA Conference championship with a river parade on Friday night. The Roadrunners won their second straight conference championship last Friday by thumping North Texas 48-27. The Rowdy River Rally starts at 7 p.m. Friday at the Arneson River Theater. UTSA is off to Orlando next week to take on Troy in the Duluth Trading Cure Bowl.
