Standing beside a group of local business and government leaders, UTSA quarterback Frank Harris announced he will return for another season with the Roadrunners.

Along with Harris announcement, CEO of the PM Group, Bob Wills announced the development of a non-profit organization to support NIL efforts.

"Name, Image and Likeness" rules have changed the game for college athletes and Wills says the city of San Antonio and its leaders are prepared to step up to support UTSA athletes. He said more details on the fundraising efforts will be announced in the coming weeks.

"I am excited for it. I definitely appreciate all the support of all the fans. I love the city of San Antonio and I wasn't ready to leave yet," said Harris. "I am just blessed to be the quarterback at UTSA. Thank you all once again. I will be back for my seventh year. Let's go!"

Wills says Harris' announcement and the announcement of the new NIL efforts will support UTSA as it recruits athletes for the upcoming season.

Founded in 1988, The PM Group is San Antonio’s largest advertising and marketing agency. In addition, the agency hosts an annual charity gala that to date has raised millions of dollars for San Antonio-area non-profit organizations. In just the past 10 years, The PM Group has raised both directly and indirectly over $14 million for these local charities.

Along with Harris and Wills, the news conference featured Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff, Bexar County Judge-Elect Peter Sakai, The PM Group's President and COO Fran Yanity, Harvey Najim and Former Texas State Senator John T. Montford.
