A San Antonio-based tech company is coping with technical problems affecting its email system. Rackspace sent out alerts last week about the issues with its hosted exchange environment. Some businesses have been unable to access information or documents exchanged with others. Rackspace says it's been able to help some of its customers, but the problem still interferes with others. An IT expert says the email problems extend beyond San Antonio to a global scale.
