Houston and Texas remained the top two teams in the latest college hoops Coaches Poll. The Cougars are 8-and-0 this season and will host North Florida tonight. The Longhorns are off to a 6-and-0 start and will face a tough test against number-17 Illinois tonight in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden. Elsewhere in the rankings, Baylor dropped two spots down to number-12 and TCU snuck rose into the rankings at number-25. The Bears will host Tarleton tonight while the Horned Frogs are set to host Jackson State. In other action, North Texas faces UT Arlington on the road.
