Senator Ted Cruz says he plans to run for a third term in office in 2024. The Texas Republican made the announcement on Saturday after speaking at the Republican Jewish Coalition's annual leadership meeting in Las Vegas. Cruz repeated his disappointment that the GOP failed to win a majority in the Senate in this month's midterm elections. He blamed the outcome on a lack of determination within the party. Cruz also said he's focused on the Senate runoff in Georgia on December 6th.
