The Texas abortion ban is meeting official resistance in Bexar County. The Commissioners Court passed a resolution on Tuesday to limit local enforcement of the state's pro-life laws. The largely symbolic Individual Rights to Healthcare resolution outlines directives for county staff, including the sheriff's office. The resolution says no county resources should be used to collect or share information for the purpose of investigating abortion as a crime.
