Texans are heading to the polls to decide who will represent them in Congress and in Austin today. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Republicans are predicting a red wave in congressional races in South Texas, which has reliably voted for Democrats for decades. Voters will also determine a number of statewide races, including governor, attorney general and seats in the Texas Legislature.
