The number of illegal immigrants caught at the southern border continues to rise. Republican Congressman Tony Gonzales says many are single men coming from El Salvador. The epicenter of the surge is now in his district, near El Paso. Border patrol agents made more than 200,000 arrests along the southern border in the first month of the new fiscal year. That's up 28% from last October. This is also the eighth straight month of more than 200,000 arrests. The GOP blames the administration's border policies.
