U.S. Rep. Mayra Flores is expressing her disappointment after being rejected from the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. The south Texas Republican on Wednesday accused the group of "bias towards conservative Latinas." The formerly bipartisan working group now includes only Democrats, five of them from Texas. A spokesperson says Flores is considering joining the all-Republican Congressional Hispanic Conference, a smaller group.
