Dozens of residents are displaced after an apartment fire on the city's North Side on Wednesday evening. The San Antonio Fire Department responded around 7 p.m. to the fire at an apartment complex on Broadway near East Sunset. Investigators say it was an electrical fire that started in the attic. The electricity to the building has been cut off, leaving the residents of the 29 units displaced for at least a few days while repairs are made. Two units directly below the fire were damaged, and their tenants may be out for about a month.
