Congressman Joaquin Castro is urging the administration to do more to stop the flow of illegal immigrants from Venezuela and Cuba. The Texas Democrat says we have a record number of forces at the border, but that's not stopping people from coming from the two communist nations, especially Venezuela. Castro also defended a move to give them special status at the border. The government is offering a set number of visas each day. Illegals unable to obtain one will be deported to Mexico.
