Plans are coming together for a 28-story residential tower at HemisFair. Developers are seeking approval from the Historic Design and Review Commission to build the project at the downtown site of the 1968 World's Fair. The commission says the mixed-use tower will feature 360 apartments, three stories of retail space, and seven levels of parking. The tower is planned for Market Street, and is part of a 340-million-dollar overhaul of HemisFair being overseen by the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation.
