San Antonio is opening its doors to doing business with Ukraine. Nearly 70 Ukrainian business and community leaders met Wednesday with local business leaders to discuss possibilities. Members of an organization called Ukrainian San Antonio approached Dr. Adriana Garcia, city council's liaison to Europe, to set up the meeting. Ukraine is a major producer of cement, which could be useful for projects funded by federal infrastructure dollars. San Antonio, Chicago, and San Francisco are the only three cities on the delegation's itinerary.
