Rangers Top Yankees In Season Finale

The Rangers are closing out the regular season with a 4-2 victory over the Yankees in Arlington. Glenn Otto earned the win after allowing two runs over six innings of work. Charlie Culberson and Jonah Heim each slugged a solo shot. Texas finished the year fourth in the AL West with a record of 68-and-94. Domingo German suffered his fifth loss of the season after allowing four runs over four and a third innings pitched. Jose Trevino went deep in the loss for New York, which finished the season atop the AL East at 99-and-63.
