The Diamondbacks put up three runs in the top of the 10th inning to down the Astros 5-2 in Houston. Daulton Varsho plated the go-ahead run and then scored on Christian Walker's two-run single later in the inning. Walker ended with three RBI for the Snakes, who earned a two-game split. Chas McCormick hit a two-run homer for the Astros, who were denied the chance to clinch the best record in the AL. Houston's number to clinch remains at one. Will Smith took the loss.
