The Astros completed the season sweep after taking down the Tigers 2-1 in Detroit. Cristian Javier got his record back to .500 after picking up his ninth win of the year. Javier struck out eight over six scoreless innings. Kyle Tucker went two-for-four with a solo home run to help Houston improve to 93-and-50. Joey Wentz suffered his second loss of the season after allowing two runs over four innings pitched. Javier Baez went deep for his 13th long ball of the year. Detroit is now 54-and-89.
