Seth Brown, Tony Kemp and Dermis Garcia all went deep for Oakland, which improved to 52-and-91. Tyler Cyr got the win in relief, while Domingo Acevedo secured his first save. Jose Leclerc was charged the loss in relief for Texas, which fell to 62-and-81. Marcus Semien hit a three-run home run in the losing effort.
