UTSA starting quarterback Frank Harris is Conference USA's Offensive Player of the Week for the second week in a row. The university announced Harris's selection on Monday. It was his performance on Saturday versus Army that won him the honor. Harris, a senior, led the Roadrunners in a second-half rally from a 14-point deficit to a 41-38 win in West Point. His 359 passing yards were just eight yards short of a school record.
