Police are investigating a shooting that injured two women and a two-year-old girl Monday afternoon on the city's Northwest Side. Officers says the shooting happened at an apartment complex on Potranco Road near Culebra Road. Shotgun pellets wounded the girl in the legs. They grazed one woman's arm and the other woman's head. All three were taken to University Hospital. Officers were told conflicting stories about who fired the shot, and they weren't allowed into the apartment. Police obtained a search warrant.
