The Texas woman accused of murdering a professional cyclist is expected to see her trial delayed. A district judge ruled today she does not believe Kaitlyn Armstrong will face a jury in October due to pre-trial motions. Travis County prosecutors say Armstrong shot Moriah Wilson to death in May in a potential love triangle involving cyclist Colin Strickland. Armstrong’s attorneys say police used false evidence to get a warrant and didn’t read her her Miranda rights before questioning.
