The state of Texas is asking for public donations to help with the cost of sending illegal immigrants to Washington, D.C., and New York City. The state has reportedly racked up bills totaling almost $7 million for busing and security as of mid-July. So far, Texas has collected just over $118,000 in public donations. Governor Greg Abbott is sending illegals to the nation's capital and the Big Apple to protest the Biden administration's open-border policies.
