The Cowboys and Texans are nearing their preseason openers. Dallas is bringing in four kickers to work out today as Brett Maher, Matt Ammendola, Cole Murphy and JJ Molson each get a shot to earn a roster spot. Both Lirim Hajrullahu and undrafted rookie Jonathan Garibay have notably struggled to make kicks in camp so far. The Cowboys start the preseason this Saturday night against the Broncos in Denver. Houston also kicks off the preseason as it hosts the Saints on Saturday night.
