A man is in custody after a 76-hour police standoff at an apartment complex on the city's North Side ended peacefully. Acting on a tip, police went to a Stone Oak apartment complex on Wednesday night in search of a suspect with four out-of-county arrest warrants. Shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday, officers arrested Sone Quintero Rojas after he surrendered. Rojas is charged with murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, parole violation, and property theft.
