A suspect in a deadly San Antonio human smuggling operation is pleading not guilty. Christian Martinez appeared before a San Antonio federal judge this morning. Prosecutors say the 28-year-old conspired with at least one other person to stuff 64 illegal immigrants into the back of a big rig in June. San Antonio police later found 48 of the migrants dead in the truck with five others died at the hospital.
