Today marks three years since 23 people were shot and killed at an El Paso Walmart. The city is hosting several events to honor the victims of the shooting, including Luminarias tonight from seven-to-nine at Ponder Park. The El Paso Museum of History will display an exhibit called Resilience, which includes items left at a memorial in the days following the tragedy. A ceremony will also be held at Ascarate Park tonight beginning at six p.m.
