Three members of a family are under arrest for suspected involvement in dumping a murdered woman's body on the West Side last month. Officers arrested 42-year-old Frank Rangel, his 18-year-old son Adam, and his 25-year-old daughter Allyson Paredes on Monday on a charge of concealing a corpse. The body of 19-year-old Gloria Martinez was found on July 20th inside a plastic bin in front of a vacant house on San Luis Street. Martinez been reported missing the previous day. An autopsy found she had been stabbed to death.
