H-E-B is issuing a voluntary recall for a particular ice cream flavor because of mislabeling that resulted in an undeclared allergen. The San Antonio-based company announced on Monday that some half-gallon cartons of H-E-B Creamy Creations Light Cookies & Cream Ice Cream were labeled as H-E-B Creamy Creations Light Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. The Cookies & Cream flavor includes wheat as an ingredient, which could trigger allergic reactions in some people.
