The principal of Robb Elementary School in Uvalde -- Mandy Gutierrez -- has been fully reinstated, there days after she was placed on paid administrative leave. Gutierrez was placed on leave following a state House report into the mass shooting in May that left 19 students and two teachers dead. Wednesday, Gutierrez wrote a letter defending her actions the day of the attack, calling a Texas House Report that faulted policies and procedures at the school unfair and inaccurate. Superintendent for the Uvalde CISD -- Hal Harrell -- thanked Gutierrez for her letter as she was reinstated.
