Officials at San Antonio International Airport, along with the regional economic organization known as Greater SATX, have launched a multimillion dollar plan to bring more international flights to the airport. The program is funded through the private sector. The plan is to market the region to airlines serving Canada, Europe and other international destinations. The plan also calls for a ground transportation center, parking garage and a realignment of roads around the terminal
