Federal authorities say a man is charged with making terroristic threats of a mass shooting at San Antonio College this past week. In a statement from Alamo Colleges, the man -- identified as 20-year-old Pablo Medellin -- was never a student at any of the campuses. They say he posted a threat on Instagram of shooting up the campus, along with a photo of himself holding several weapons, including an assault rifle, with the San Antonio College campus in the background. His bond is set at $100,000.
