Uvalde parents are demanding the school board fire the school district's police chief and the five other officers who responded to the school shooting in May. Chief Pete Arredondo was placed on paid administrative leave last month. A special Texas House committee report released on Sunday said Superintendent Hal Harrell and Principal Mandy Gutierrez left Robb Elementary School vulnerable to an intruder. Parents say the board should also remove Harrell and Gutierrez.
