Bexar County is opening its seven cooling centers again today. The centers are open from 1:00-p.m. to 10:00-p.m. at the Bexar County Fire Marshal's Office on Southton Road, and at the six Emergency Services District headquarters around the county. The cooling centers are available to residents in unincorporated areas of Bexar County, or in suburbs in the county but outside the San Antonio city limits. Bottled water will be provided, and emergency personnel will be on hand at each location to assist residents.
