A hearing is scheduled next week for the man suspected of driving the truck to San Antonio that led to the deaths of 53 illegal immigrants. On Thursday, 45-year-old Homero Zamarano Jr. appeared before a federal judge to hear the charge of illegal transportation of illegal aliens. Zamarano is one of four suspects police have arrested since finding a trailer in southwest San Antonio on Monday evening. It was used to transport at least 64 illegals, 53 of whom died from the heat. Zamarano's next court appearance will be next Wednesday.
