The Astros are taking a hit to their starting lineup. Houston placed outfielder Michael Brantley on the 10-day injured list as he's dealing with right shoulder discomfort. Brantley exited in the eighth inning of the Astros' loss to the Yankees on Sunday. The 35-year-old is batting .288 with five home runs and 26 RBI this season. Houston recalled outfielder Chas McCormick from Triple-A Sugar Land in a corresponding move.
