The Houston Texans are being sued by a massage therapist claiming the team enabled Deshaun Watson. Toi Garner filed suit today in Harris County saying the Texans would let Watson reach out to masseuses on social media even though they had a full-time training staff. She also says the now Cleveland Browns quarterback gave her a Non-Disclosure Agreement from the Texans before the massage, then committed a sex act. Garner is being represented by Tony Buzbee, the attorney who’s sued Watson over 20 times claiming he committed sexual misconduct against massage therapists. Settlement have been reached in most of the cases after two Southeast Texas grand juries declined to indict Watson.
