The Mariners never trailed again as Logan Gilbert kept Houston at bay and earned the win after giving up just three runs in six innings. Diego Castillo picked up the save for Seattle, which has won three of four. Yordan Alvarez had three hits and two RBI, while Jose Urquidy was tagged with the loss after surrendering four earned run and one unearned run in four-and-a-third innings. Houston has dropped two of its last three.
