The Dallas Stars' season is over. Johnny Gaudreau scored the game-winner in overtime as the Flames beat the Stars 3-2 in Game Seven in Calgary. Gaudreau helped Calgary advance to take on the Oilers in the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Tyler Toffoli and Matthew Tkachuk each scored in the second period for the Flames in the victory. Jamie Benn and Vladislav Namestnikov each lit the lamp for Dallas, which had its season come to an end. Jake Oettinger impressed in net for the Stars as he made 64 saves and allowed three goals.
