The Kansas City Royals took advantage of four Rangers errors in an 8-2 win in Texas. Whit Merrifield rattled off three hits, including a home run, and scored four runs. Bobby Witt Jr. and Emmanuel Rivera each drove in three runs, and Joel Payamps picked up the win out of the bullpen. Kansas City put an end to its three-game losing streak. Brad Miller and Corey Seager each went deep for Texas, while Kolby Allard was charge with the loss in relief. The Rangers have dropped two of three.
