Texas homeowners will see a little relief after voters passed two property tax relief programs in a weekend election. One proposition was aimed at older and disabled Texans, while the other provided modest relief across the board. This comes as home values in the state's metropolitan areas have jumped by double digits. The vote on the two amendments to the state constitution was held on Saturday.
