Multiple fire departments battled a fire at a power plant in Richmond, Texas near Houston overnight. The blaze broke out just before midnight at the W.A. Parish Generating Station, which is operated by NRG Energy. Flames could be seen shooting from the roof of a building that houses a coal unit. The plant is the second largest conventional power station in the country. So far no injuries have been reported.
