San Antonio will open cooling centers to help residents get a break from triple-digit heat in the weekend forecast. The cooling centers in the city's 16 libraries will be open on Saturday and Sunday during the libraries' regular business hours. On Monday, in addition to the libraries, cooling centers will also be open in nine senior centers during regular operating hours.
