The Suns are jumping out to an early lead on the Mavericks. Deandre Ayton dropped in 25 points and Devin Booker scored 23 as Phoenix held off Dallas for a 121-114 win in Game One of their Western Conference semifinal series. Chris Paul posted 19 points for the Suns, who take a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven set. Luka Doncic went off for 45 points, 12 rebounds, and eight assists for the Mavs in defeat. Game Two is Wednesday in Phoenix.
