The Federal Aviation Administration is still not ready to release its environmental assessment of the SpaceX testing and launch facility in South Texas. The agency announced Friday that it was delaying the release of the report until May 31st due to multiple changes made to the application by SpaceX. The report was originally scheduled to be released at the end of last year but has been delayed several times since. SpaceX is still waiting for FAA permission to launch the first orbital test of its Starship prototype and is considering moving that launch to Cape Canaveral in Florida.
