An accused Southeast Texas serial killer is admitting to two murders. Steven Hobbs entered the guilty plea this morning before jury selection began in the killings of Sarah Sanford and Patricia Pyatt. Harris County prosecutors say the 51-year-old former security guard went after prostitutes because they wouldn't report any crimes to police. He's not eligible for parole until he's 101.
