The owners of a Ukrainian food truck in San Antonio are raising money for the people of the war-torn country. Olga Veretelnak and Simon Gutierrez run the European Dumplings truck on Potranco near Grosenbacher Road. Olga came to America from Ukraine in 1993, but most of her relatives still live there, and some in Russia. Olga and Simon are donating ten-percent of their food truck sales to Ukraine, and are encouraging people to stop by and make a donation. Simon says all donations will go to Ukraine.
