The Texans are selecting Derek Stingley Jr. with the third overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. Stingley is a cornerback out of LSU. The cornerback had six interceptions over his career with the Tigers. The Texans had the third pick in the draft after going 4-and-13 last season. Houston also took offensive guard Kenyon Green with the 15th overall pick. Green played at Texas A&M. The Texans continue their draft today.
