A driver and 15 illegal immigrants are hospitalized after a high-speed police chase ended in a rollover crash in Bexar County. The Medina County Sheriff's Office says a pickup truck fled an attempted traffic stop about 8 a.m. Sunday on I-35 and County Road 770. After the truck rolled several times at Kinney Road, deputies found 15 illegals inside, along with the driver, who is from Austin. All of the illegals were hospitalized in unknown condition. The driver was reportedly caught with a gun. He faces several charges, but could face more if any of the injured people die.
