Public Works Crews Pick Up 65 Tons Of Trash And Debris During Fiesta

San Antonio's Public Works Department is reporting a massive cleanup after this year's Fiesta events. Work crews collected tons of debris along the routes of the Battle of Flowers and Fiesta Flambeau parades. Roads that had been closed for the parades remained closed for the cleanup, which took about seven-hours. More than 13-tons of debris were collected after the Fiesta Flambeau Parade, and another seven-tons after the Battle of Flowers Parade. A total of 65-tons of debris were picked up during Fiesta.
