The Triple-A Texas Weekend Gas Watch says the statewide average gas price in Texas is $3.70 a gallon for regular unleaded. That price is down seven-cents from a week ago, and is a $1.13 more than a year ago. The national average is $4.07. Gasoline supplies decreased, while demand was slightly higher, but pump prices fell anyway because of the fluctuating price of crude. The average price at the pump in San Antonio is $3.57.
